As part of the Theater of Legends project, we organized the second workshop in Purchena (Spain), between 16-23 september. Young people from Harghita County and Spain spent a week learning theater techniques through local legends.
On 22 september, they presented the final performance about a Spanish legend they had adapted. On 20 september, we met with our partners in Spain to agree on the future tasks of the project.
The Erasmus+ project Theater of Legends - Theater for Youths aims to emphasize the importance of theater as an educational tool for young people, by developing new techniques to help them work on different personality values their. One of the priorities we want to address is the importance of diversity, the importance of knowing and respecting different cultures. For this we will use the presentation of different legends from the countries or cities of the participating organizations, which will help to discover some characteristics and curiosities of each place, as well as transnational experiences.
